Boeing went against a 2021 postponed prosecution contract that shielded it from criminal costs linked to the deadly 737 Max collisions, the Justice Division stated Tuesday.

Boeing might currently undergo U.S prosecution, the Justice Division stated in a declaring in united state government court in Texas.

The aircraft supplier damaged the contract by “stopping working to develop, execute, and implement a conformity and values program to avoid and find infractions of the united state fraudulence regulations throughout its procedures,” the Justice Division stated.

Boeing really did not promptly comment.

This is damaging information. Please inspect back for updates.
