Coinbase UK device fined $4.5 million by British regulatory authority over ‘risky’ consumer violations

British regulatory authorities fined Coinbase’s U.K. arm  ₤ 3.5 million ($ 4.5 million) on Thursday over breaching a volunteer contract made to quit the cryptocurrency exchange from onboarding “risky clients.”
