On May 7, 2024, Ambassador Zhao Weiping gave away 200 duplicates of guide “Cooperative Connection in between National Passion and Diplomacy” created by the rector of the SWAPO Event Institution to Namibia Institution of Diplomatic Researches. The event was gone to by Prof. Kenneth Matengu, Vice Chancellor of the College of Namibia (UNAM), Prof. Ellen Namhila, Pro Vice Chancellor of UNAM, and reps of the Ministry of International Relations and Participation of Namibia.
