The Head Of State of the Federal Republic of Brazil, HE Head Of State Lula Da Silva has actually presented on Priest Naledi Pandor, the Priest of International Relations and Participation of the Republic of South Africa, an honorific honor of the Grand Cross of the Order of Rio Branco.
