1. Adhering to the news of the outcomes of the governmental political election on 22 July 2024( regional time), Japan praises incumbent Head of state Paul Kagame on his re-election in the governmental political election, which was held for the very first time because August 2017.
2. Japan reveals its regard for the Republic of Rwanda’s initiatives for nationwide settlement, restoration and growth because the 1994 genocide. The security and success of the Republic of Rwanda is essential for tranquility and security in the Great Lake area where Rwanda lies and Africa in its entirety. Japan wishes that initiatives towards tranquility and security in the area and in Africa in its entirety will certainly be more advertised under the solid management of Head of state Kagame.
3. Expecting the TICAD (Tokyo International Meeting on African Growth) Ministerial Fulfilling in August this year and TICAD 9 in August following year, Japan will certainly even more enhance the friendly reciprocal connections constructed via participation in a large range of locations such as water, cleanliness and health solutions, facilities growth, and farming.
