Kanye West presumably will not pay or talk to an attorney representing him in an attack and battery claim. According to MyNewsLA, lawyer Brian Brumfield asked Los Angeles Area Court Theresa Traber to be gotten rid of from Ye’s situation on Monday (July 1).

A sign applicant called Justin Poplawski filed a claim against Kanye for attack and battery, willful infliction of psychological distress, oversight and loss of consortium in January 2024. Kanye presumably punched the complainant in January 2022.
