On the mid-day of 6 August 2024, H.E. Han Jing, brand-new Ambassador Amazing and Plenipotentiary of individuals’s Republic of China to the Republic of Zambia, showed up in Zambia. Ambassador Han rated at the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport Terminal by Ms. Etambuyu Gundersen, Permanent Assistant for International Collaboration and Relations, Ms. Hellen Chifwaila, Supervisor for Political Matters, and Ms. Cheswa Silwizya, Principal of Method, from the Zambian Ministry of Foreign Matters and International Collaboration, and elderly authorities from the Chinese Consular Office.
Ambassador Han gave thanks to the Zambian side for its cozy function. He stated that 2024 is a large year for China-Zambia relationships and he is recognized to be selected Chinese Ambassador to Zambia at once when both nations are collectively commemorating the 60th wedding anniversary of their polite connections and getting ready for the following FOCAC top. He expected collaborating with the Zambian side to carry out the agreement gotten to by the 2 presidents and benefit a much better future of China-Zambia relationships, improving their all-weather relationship.
Permanent Assistant Gundersen communicated introductions from H.E. Head of state Hakainde Hichilema and stated that the Zambian side values its all-weather relationship with China, the Ministry of Foreign Matters and International Collaboration stands prepared to sustain Ambassador Han throughout his period in Zambia, which the Zambian side expects collaborating with the Chinese side to make great prep work for the approaching FOCAC top.
