Ray J shared self-destructive ideas on Monday (July 1). The polarizing vocalist uploaded a worrying message on Instagram Stories a day after his run-in with Zeus Network Chief Executive Officer Lemuel Plummer at a wager Honors afterparty.

Ray J’s blog post recommended he tried self-destruction in the past. He asked forgiveness to his sibling Brandy.
